Shipping & Returns
1 All items will only be shipped to the shipping address provided by customer. Please make sure your address is correct.
2 Packages are shipped out via EMS, Fedex or DHL from China. And tracking number will be sent to your register email in two days after shipped. (Note: During the Christmas time, the delivery time will have 2-3 days delayed, because of bulk delivery traffics.)
Frameless painting will be packed by hard tube inside and bubble plastic outside.
Exchange & Return
We will refund you if you return the items within 10 days of your receipt of the items for any reason. If the painting is damaged during the shipping or misrepresented,buyer return the painting to our store , we will pay the return shipping cost,and full refund will sent to buyer as money back. Buyer can only request for exchange the painting within 7 days of delivery date, if there is nothing wrong with the painting and the painting is just as what we described. Buyer need to pay for handling fee of $25 and shipping cost .
Buyer need to notice us before returning paintings.
All returns must be in the original packaging and new condition with all accessories.
Refund will be given when the package arrives at Jackygallery.com facilities.
The above return policy does not apply to customized orders. There are no returns for special and custom sized orders.
Order Change & Cancellation
If you want to make an order changed or cancelled, you’d better inform us before the order has been dispatched. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is processed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
Note: If items out of stock or size out of stock, we will contact you for order change or size change via your register email. Sometimes, our mail will be blocked by your mail system, please check the spam box.
